this is a list of all the hot sauces in my fridge and what i think of them/like to put them on. not ranking or rating, they are all shining stars in their own way. okay here we go:

valentina: mexican restaurant staple. valentina my beloved. i like to put this stuff on my white people mexican food i make, or just anything that’s a combination of rice and beans and protein. valentina is like the most girls girl ever. truly beautiful inside and out.

choloula chili garlic: this one is quite fantastic. roommate showed me this one and it was life changing. it’s the best kind of hot sauce to put on frozen pizza. bigassbug and i practically drink this stuff. my only gripe is it should be in a bigger bottle.

sriracha: a classic! honestly not too often in my rotation, but still up there! i usually use it in ramen but more often than not recently i just mix it with kewpie mayo to make the worlds best dipping sauce (according to me). i also seem to remember a bunch of my family members putting some sriracha on deviled eggs at easter as well, which was also a good combo. we have the classic sriracha too, is there still a shortage happening with it?

taco bell mild: i love taco bell mild sauce. it was the only hot sauce i got at taco bell for a wild bc i used to be more apprehensive of hot sauce, and i honestly still enjoy it a lot. obviously love to put it on anything taco bell, but i also weirdly enough have been putting it on my eggs too. honestly all of these i put on eggs depending on my mood and the way the egg is cooked. one of my only gripes with this one tho is the bottle spout part is too big so i always manage to pour too much out at once, all these other hot sauces have normal spouts.

honorable mention: the buffalo sauce that i don’t really use bc the bottle has the same issue as the taco bell one. i wanna make wings or buffalo cauliflower with it at some point tho (even tho i had the cauliflower for this and forgot to use it then it went bad. my bad guys)

side story: yesterday i got taco bell and finally ventured out and tried their other hot sauces. i was telling this to my girlfriend and she just responded with “white person adventure”, which she’s not wrong.
